1. What Information Do We Collect

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may share your personal information with the following third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents:

  • Communicate and Chat with Users: Postmark
  • Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization: Supabase
  • Invoice and Billing: Stripe
  • User Account Registration and Authentication: Clerk
  • Analytics and Session Recording: PostHog — we share your name, email address, and usage activity (page views, feature interactions, and session recordings) with PostHog for product analytics purposes.

5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information.

We may share information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across our Services, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use PostHog to track and analyze use of the Services, including session recordings of user interactions. PostHog may collect your name, email address, and behavioral data. 6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and our third-party service providers in the United States and other countries.

We implement safeguards including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers where required.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

9. Do We Collect Information from Minors

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to request access to and deletion of personal information.

Categories of personal information collected may include:

  • Personal information as defined under California Civil Code §1798.80
  • Internet or other similar network activity information
  • Commercial information

We do not sell personal information.

13. User-Uploaded Content

CuePad allows users to upload scripts, production materials, and other content for use within the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload such content. CuePad does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

Yes. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
