Preset List template preview

Before every rehearsal and performance, the crew sets every prop and piece of scenery in its starting position. The preset list is the checklist they work from, organized by location so it can be walked in one pass.

Group items by location, such as the stage right prop table or the stage left wing, with the exact position for each. Eight check columns let you date and sign off the preset for each run, which makes it obvious when something was missed.

How to use this template

  1. 1Walk the stage and list every item by location and position.
  2. 2Order each location so the list can be checked in one pass.
  3. 3Write the date at the top of a check column before each run.
  4. 4Tick each item as it is confirmed, and investigate anything left blank.
