Front of House Information Sheet template preview

The front of house team needs to know things about the show that only the stage manager can tell them: how long it runs, when latecomers can be seated, and whether there are gunshots, strobe, haze or mature content audiences should be warned about.

This sheet covers running times, general house issues (actors in the aisles, scene changes in blackout, obstructed views), effects and content, each with a Y/N column and space for where in the show it happens. Give it to the house manager and box office before the first preview.

How to use this template

  1. 1Fill in dates, venue and running times once the show is timed.
  2. 2Answer each general, effects and content question with Y or N.
  3. 3Note where in the show each effect or content moment occurs.
  4. 4Give copies to the house manager and box office, and update after previews.
