The performance report, often called the show report, is the stage manager's record of every performance. It goes to producers, designers and department heads after each show.
This template captures running times for each act and intermission, the house count, the next call and boxes for performance notes, late or absent company members, notes to the house manager, problems or repairs and any accidents or injuries. Consistent reports make it easy to spot trends across the run.
How to use this template
- 1Record house open, curtain up, each act, intermission and curtain down.
- 2Add the house count and anything unusual about the audience.
- 3Write notes by department, plus any repairs needed before the next show.
