Fittings have to be squeezed in around rehearsals, and the costume shop and stage management need a simple way to coordinate them. This sheet is the hand-off between the two.
Two day columns list time slots, the actor scheduled and the fitting length, with a check column to confirm. A box at the bottom lets the shop list who it needs to see. Give the sheet to an ASM to schedule, and cross off names as fittings are confirmed.
