Typing the report is easier when your notes were organized from the start. This sheet is for use during rehearsal, a structured alternative to a legal pad.
It tracks start and end times, five breaks, attendance and a timed breakdown, then gives you labeled boxes for props, costumes, scenery, technical director, lights, sound, director/actors and production management. A checklist at the bottom confirms the report, actor notes and fitting reminders were sent.
How to use this template
- 1Fill in the header as rehearsal starts and tick off each break as you call it.
- 2Write notes in the matching department box as they come up.
- 3After rehearsal, type the report straight from the boxes.
- 4Tick the sent checklist and note the last note number for each report.
