The sign-in sheet is how stage management knows who has arrived without interrupting anyone. It hangs on the callboard by the door, and checking it at call time tells you immediately who is late or missing.
This weekly version lists names and roles down the side with a column for each day; write the date under each day. Company members initial when they arrive, and the stage manager checks the sheet at call and follows up on any blanks.
How to use this template
- 1Write the company list in call-sheet order, with roles.
- 2Add the week and the date under each day.
- 3Post it on the callboard at the entrance, with a pen on a string.
- 4Check it at call time and contact anyone who has not signed in.
